Charm Monogram
The goldplated Charm Monogram includes the key signatures of the brand, the initials of our founder, a sun with our mantra 'happy to carry' as well as a round 'sun' shaped key ring. The charm Monogram is a functional key hanger but beyond that an elegant charm to attach to our more neutral bags such as the Nora or Lucia bag.

SHIPPING
All orders are delivered using the best shipping methods available. You will receive a confirmation email from our website as soon as you have placed an order. You will be notified by email when the order is shipped with the tracking information for your package.
TRANSPORT COSTS
Free delivery for orders within the Benelux region as of 350 euro.
Orders are shipped on the same day, other orders will be shipped the day after or on Monday in case of orders on Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning.
In case there is no one available to receive & sign the delivery, a notification will be left in the postal box. Please sign and note any visible anomalies observed (package opened/damaged, items missing/damaged) In case of issues, please contact our Service team by email on info@brittvandriessche.com
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For all international order, please be informed that the customer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs as we are unable to pre-calculate this fee as the cost depends on each country’s customs’ regulation.
We are therefore not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the country of destination.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery time depends on the order and the country in which the order has been placed. We commit ourselves to ship the item the day itself or at the latest 2 days after (in case the order was placed in a weekend) As we depend on external providers, Britt Van Driessche is not responsible for any delays in delivery.
If we are unable to deliver an order because these items have become unavailable we will contact you within 5 days after the order by email to inform you on the delay, suggest an alternative or reimburse the amount on the client’s bank account.
